Students will create an original children’s book, developing everything from the concept and illustrations to the cover design and page layout. This project will include both digital and physical design components, providing real-world experience in publishing and print production.

Story Outline and Character Concepts – Rough sketches and written outlines.
Illustrated Pages – At least 8-12 fully illustrated and formatted pages. These will be done on 8x8 artboards.
Front and Back Cover Design – Including title, author name, and branding elements.
Mockup for Print and Digital – Final files ready for printing and digital distribution.
Presentation and Pitch – A final presentation of the complete book, including a reflection on design choices.
